Học phần Ứng dụng CNTT trong giảng dạy ngoại ngữ là học phần tự chọn, được giảng dạy vào học kỳ thứ 7, là học phần thuộc khối Kiến thức bổ trợ trong khối Kiến thức giáo dục chuyên nghiệp. Học phần trang bị cho sinh viên những kiến thức cơ bản về các ứng dụng công nghệ bậc cao trong việc học và dạy ngoại ngữ, cung cấp cho sinh viên các phương pháp cụ thể để ứng dụng khoa học kỹ thuật bậc cao trong giảng dạy ngoại ngữ. The experience of English teaching, especially speaking class, comes from the actual classroom and that is not a good news for a new teacher, who does not have it but urgently needs to acquire the basic knowledge. This writing provides the reasons why the level of interesting acts as a crucial point in the succeeding of a class. Furthermore, some methods of teaching speaking are going to be viewed and discussed to strengthen the point of view that intrinsic motivation should be applied in the class.

This research used observation, interview for teachers, questionnaires as the techniques of collecting the data. This paper aims to find ways to teach speaking skills to students at the elementary level and to offer methods and activities that are applied in teaching this speaking skill.

The paper would like to introduce LBT as a way of innovation in education, increasing students’ learning motivation and contributing to improving educational quality.

Chapter 1 presents about how to describe learning and teaching. The main contents in this chapter includes: Concepts about language learning & teaching, elements for successful language learning in the classroom, ESA in different lesson sequences, what teaching models have influenced current teaching practice?

SKKN: Using teaching aids in a language class help the students find it easy to perceive, understand, practise and use the item with confidence and creativity; using teaching aids is very important and necessary in new method of teaching English.
